When you arrive in Washington, DC, American Councils representatives will meet you at the baggage claim area and escort you to the hotel where American Civics Center staff will help you register.  In early February you will receive your travel itinerary, Workshop rules and requirements of personal conduct, and any last minute information about the program week.
